All of our organisms are grown in soil, watered by hand, with an educated grower inspecting and documenting each individual organism every day of its life cycle, from clone to harvest. There are no days off and no corners cut, every day the water is tested before hand application and all base nutrients, additives, and pesticides are completely organic as well.

We have been able to ensure a safe delivery worldwide limitless of any barriers through our long term contracts with reliable courier companies. Your order will be mailed out within 24 hours from when we receive the payment for the package. You will be provided with a tracking number which will enable you to track and situate your package during delivery from us to you. We mail out packages 3 times each week; Mondays - Wednesdays - Fridays, We do not dispatch on weekends except for USA and Canada based clients. All orders must be paid for before 2 pm. If you have an urgent requirement to have an order shipped on the same day but have missed this 2 pm deadline, please call us and we may still be able to accommodate same day dispatch.
We mail out in top discrete packaging and we use fast, secured and reliable courier companies like the UPS, FedEx, Lazar shippers and a few others, we love using this companies because they can't open a package within out a search warrant. We have persons at the courier companies who also oversee all our packages. Our packages are vacuum seal and disguised so it can't be scent detected by canine (dogs) or electronic sniffers; It's then professionally wrapped into an oily plastic, no smell,no x-ray penetration and can not be dictated even with the ION scanner. then packaged into a PlayStation, X-box carton or just an envelope depending on quantity ordered and where we're mailing the package too. To avoid crushing, bud will come in small packages. Many concentrates such as hash and amber glass can be mailed via a flat envelope. Disguising the packages are is expensive so we can't and for that reason we don't accept order less than an Ounce except its proven serious health problem. No signature is required at the pick up or during delivery.

PAYMENT & REFUND/RETURN POLICY

All payments must be made and confirmed but we put your package in mail. And you will make the payment using the preferred payment method you will choose when filling out the order form. We are genuine and we Guarantee 100% on all orders you place. We shall Provide a Tracking #, on Packages as they are being sent and also Tracking on recent orders to verify Validity and Assurance.In any unforeseen situation where you don't receive your package or gets seized, we will in all fairness mail our anymore package to you for FREE.We have the following reshipping conditions:
1) If you mailing option when placing your order was free delivery; then your free re- mailing of your package will takes place after 2 business days.
2) If you paid for the mailing option when placing your order; then free your re - mailing will be within 24 hours and we shall be using the same mailing option you choose when placing your order.
And in a case where you don't receive your order because you entered an incorrect address (Like forgetting the apartment number), when filling the order form then, we cannot re - mail your package for free. The address will be printed out EXACTLY as you enter it, no manual actions on our side (unless you ask us to). However, we wouldn't leave you standing out in the cold, so to compensate you, will get a code for a 50% discount on your next order.You can give an alternative address for the 2nd shipment.
If after receiving your order and you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You have 2 days to return or exchange your order from the delivery date. We have the following return conditions:
1) Order must be returned within 2 DAYS
2) Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them.
3) Refund will be given in full using same method used in making payments.
Note that, In most cases this will be minus shipping and fund transfer fees, although if it was a blatant mistake by us we'll pick up everything . Bottom line, We want you happy!
